Scope & documents
What kinds of documents are planned?
The planned offering focuses on business-tailored compliance policy and procedure drafts, with document review pathways also in development. The exact purpose, business facts and jurisdiction would need to be agreed for each engagement.
What does “system-agnostic” mean?
The document describes the business process, responsibilities and intended controls without depending on a specific software product or screen. It is not a click-by-click software manual.
Which regions or industries will be covered?
The planned direction is broad, but no exhaustive list of supported jurisdictions or industries is promised. Actual scope would depend on the business activities, applicable requirements and available appropriate review resources. The brand is not a certification of coverage in any region.
Will a draft guarantee compliance?
No. A draft must be checked against the business’s facts and applicable context, with appropriate professional review where needed. Neither a document nor client acceptance guarantees compliance, regulator approval or certification.
Review & responsibility
How is feedback linked to a document?
The intended workflow identifies the document and version being reviewed. Feedback leads to a revised version with a visible change record, which returns to the client for review. Client acceptance then refers to an exact version. See the synthetic walkthrough.
Is client acceptance the same as specialist approval?
No. Client acceptance concerns the agreed business content of a particular draft version. Specialist review, legal advice, regulatory sign-off and authorization to implement are separate matters. None is implied by client acceptance.
What is the difference between AI and specialist review?
Planned AI-assisted review may help surface observations and questions, but it can be incomplete or wrong. A specialist review would be a separately scoped human engagement, subject to relevant expertise, jurisdiction and availability. Neither service is live here, and AI output must not be presented as a specialist opinion.
Does the walkthrough process or save my information?
No information is entered into the walkthrough. Its fictional text and navigation run in your browser tab. It has no upload, AI processing, account, storage or real approval action. For the wider site, read the privacy and site information, including the note about technical hosting logs.
